Dream Night

Hogle Zoo hosted "Dream Night" again this year. They invite those families with kids with special needs to come from 6-9 at night after they close the zoo to everyone else. We got to go for free and Chick-fil-A provided dinner. It was a lot of fun and the weather was perfect, not too hot, so the animals were pretty active.

Eating dinner

Caleb held the map the entire night

Saying Goodbye to First Grade

Well my boys just keep getting older and older, today they finished up first grade. I just can't believe it.

Holden and Mrs. Christensen

I think I am going to miss her more than Holden, she was an awesome teacher

Caleb and his crew: Robyn, Carmen, Penny and Amanda. These ladies are amazing, it takes some real special people to work with these kids day in and day out.

He will be in this same class next year which I think will be great for him. Robyn and Carmen won't be there anymore, but that means two more people will get to know Caleb

Caleb playing with Sara. They told me she pushes him in the swing and he doesn't kick her like he does everyone else. All these kids won't be apart too long, they will all go to summer school. One week in June, two in July and one in August. They will have different teachers for the summer

Favorite Things Swap

My sister in law Jill hosted a blogger favorite things swap. I received this really cute summer survival kit from Lorena, I love it, but now if we could just get some warm weather to come our way, I could actually use it.

End of the year teacher gifts

I sure had to make a lot of year end gifts for just two boys!! Holden had just one awesome teacher. Caleb had a teacher, 3 aides--which are just as good as teachers and do just as much or more. He also has a bus driver and bus driver aide. They both had a great year and I just wanted to show my appreciation to all of them.
