Tyler showed me this video that he had done singing Happy Birthday to him, it brought a tear to my eye. Caleb could care less that it is his birthday, but it made me happy to see Tyler do something for him, since we weren't home to do so

Newport Beach
The one thing Tyler wanted us to do is go to a beach. The last time we were in CA the boys were 3 almost 4 and Holden didn't remember it. So before we headed to the airport we went to Newport Beach. It was fun, we will have to go the beach longer next time.
Holden liked this bike, sitting outside a shop
Fin with Grandma
Holden is obsessed with cars lately, so he was checking this one out
We had to wake him up and he was still sleepy
Feeling the cold water on his feet
Chasing seagulls
Birthday Surprise!
My twins turned nine on Oct. 10th! I can't believe it! We had wanted to take the boys to Disneyland for their birthday, but Caleb really struggles with transitioning from one thing to the next. You don't realize how many times you go from one thing to another until you are with Caleb. So we made the tough decision to leave Caleb at home in his comfort zone, with Tyler. I picked Holden up from school early and surprised him with a trip to Disneyland. So me, my mom, Finley and Holden headed to CA for a few days in the sun. It was a lot of fun and a birthday I hope Holden won't soon forget!
With Pluto
Waiting in one of the many long lines

On the Peter Pan ride
Goofy and Pluto
Woody and The Green Army Man. We went "trick or treating" in California Adventure on Friday night, so that is why Holden is wearing his zombie doctor costume

Me and the boys on Monster Inc. ride
With Handy Manny. He doesn't watch the show but when you see a character with a short line you jump at it!

My little trooper, he was awesome most of the time

New Niece
Tyler's brother Landon and his wife Jill, just adopted this tiny little sweet thing. Kambrie was born last Tues. weighing in at only 5.5 pounds. She looks so sweet and yummy, we can't wait to meet her!
Wolf
Holden hit the motherload at the last Pack Meeting. He earned 5 belt loops, three arrows and his WOLF!
Don't you love the look of terror on his face? Cub Scouts makes me feel that way as well!!
